Our client - a well-established, consumer-trusted food company that’s home to some of the most recognizable brands on the shelf - is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Quality & Food Safety to lead QA initiatives at their flagship food manufacturing plants (total team of 600+!). This is a high-impact leadership role, partnering with Operations and Engineering to drive continuous improvement in food safety, compliance, and quality systems.

You'll be the on-site expert for HACCP, GMPs, SQF, and regulatory readiness, while also coaching a skilled QA team and collaborating closely with corporate.

What You’ll Do

• Own the plant’s quality and food safety programs
• Lead compliance with FDA, SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams on quality design and process improvement
• Coach and develop QA team members and sanitation practices
• Manage audits, documentation, and vendor quality relationships
• Investigate consumer complaints and drive root cause solutions

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years in food manufacturing, with plant QA leadership experience
• Bachelor’s in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
• HACCP certified, with PCQI and SQF practitioner knowledge
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Open to a US Citizen or green card holder
