Job summary

Enpro Industries, Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA department and oversee AS9100 quality functions within the facility. The role drives root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement while serving as the QA point of contact for auditors and inspectors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of quality leadership in manufacturing, a technical degree, and strong collaboration with production, customers, and suppliers. A strong Lean culture is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years quality leadership in manufacturing.
• 4-year technical degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes and standards.
• AS9100 experience preferred.
• Proven problem solving with production teams and strong customer/supplier relationships.
• Manages Maintenance & Quality Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA dept and AS9100 quality functions across the facility.
• Perform RCA and CAPA to address non-conformances and verify actions.
• Generate reports to identify and correct product quality issues.
• Serve as QA contact for audits and inspectors.
• Coordinate with staff to maintain compliance standards.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement culture.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on supplier performance and actions.
• Assist with supplier audits and supplier quality systems.
