Enpro Inc. is hiring a Quality Engineer to join the NxEdge division in Morgan Hill, onsite. You will maintain and improve quality systems, lead CAPA, and drive cross-functional quality improvements across manufacturing operations.

You will investigate customer quality concerns, participate in audits, and track metrics like QPPM, OTD, RMA logs, and scrap yield, ensuring products meet stringent quality standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, semiconductor, aerospace, or precision machining.
• Strong knowledge of RCA, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across departments.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
• Proficiency with data analysis techniques and quality software tools.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and improve quality management systems in alignment with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Develop, revise, and implement quality procedures, work instructions and control plans.
• Partner with production teams to lead quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Investigate customer quality concerns with data-driven responses and resolutions.
• Lead or support FMEA, SPC, and other quality methodologies.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Conduct quality training and maintain required quality system records.
• Track and analyze quality metrics and perform RCA/CAPA actions.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to improve workflows and safety/quality compliance.
