Enpro is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA department and oversee AS9100 quality functions within the facility. You will promote quality culture, drive RCA/CAPA, and interact with customers, auditors, and suppliers to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing QA, a technical degree, and strong problem-solving skills. The position supports lean initiatives and reports under the Enpro umbrella, including RubberFab

Qualifications

• 5+ years quality leadership in manufacturing.
• Bachelors degree in a technical field preferred.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and quality processes.
• Experience with RCA, 8D, 5-Why, fishbone analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build supplier relationships.
• Manages a team of Maintenance & Quality Technicians.

Responsabilités

• Lead and promote a culture of quality across the organization.
• Perform RCA and CAPA to address non-conformances.
• Generate reports to identify and correct product quality.
• Act as Quality contact for customers, auditors, and inspectors.
• Coordinate audits and maintain AS9100 compliance.
• Drive lean manufacturing and problem solving.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on supplier performance and audits.
