Qualifications

The state-of-the-art Dynamic Work Execution Platform (DWEP) is built on the premise of digitizing work itself. Computer-guided work digitalizes business processes, instructions, procedures, and forms and is defined using drag-and-drop, no-code tools, including integration to enterprise systems. Work is performed on mobile devices or desktops, with full offline and concurrent user support. Real-time monitoring tools and work portals provide granular visibility and access to all work performed across the enterprise

KEY OBJECTIVES

• Ensure Quality: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality against business requirements.
• Drive Automation: Build, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to improve efficiency and test coverage, especially for regression testing.
• Troubleshoot Effectively: Analyze complex system behaviors, identify root causes, and document detailed, actionable bug reports.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance with enterprise applications and software platform/tool with a drag-and-drop interface for end users
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG).
• Strong understanding of SQL and database testing.
• Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a startup or small company with fewer than 50 employees
• Good test-design discipline. Equivalence partitioning, boundary-value analysis, decision tables, exploratory testing, risk-based testing, regression strategy, traceability, and knowing what not to automate. This is an area where ISTQB training can actually be valuable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong hands-on software testing experience — especially complex web/enterprise applications. They should be able to devise test scenarios beyond simply following predefined test scripts: boundary conditions, negative testing, state transitions, concurrency, permissions, data integrity, failure recovery, etc.
