Manpower, Inc. is partnering with a global supplier of advanced materials to recruit a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for the Analytics & Metrology team in Burnet, TX.

You will lead laboratory quality and compliance efforts, ensuring data integrity, audits, training, and risk assessments to support reliable analytical testing. The role requires a zero-defect mindset, root cause problem solving, and continuous improvement using data and structured quality tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years analytical laboratory experience with quality assurance in an analytical lab setting.
• Working knowledge of ISO 17025 or equivalent lab quality systems, including experience maintaining and improving quality systems.
• Experience with analytical method validation and investigations, including deviations, OOS/OOT, and contamination events.
• Hands-on familiarity with quality tools such as Pareto, FMEA, SPC/SQC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, design of experiments, cause-and-effect diagrams, and structured problem-solving methodologies (8D/RCA).

• Serve as a lab-focused SME for quality concepts and structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, RCA, FMEA), including training and expert guidance for critical excursions.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer you will be part of the Analytics & Metrology team supporting laboratory quality and compliance efforts. Salary: $85,500-$119,500 (flexible) + 10% Bonus
