Job summary

THK Manufacturing of America in Hebron, OH seeks an engineering leader to drive development, coordination, and successful completion of complex projects within the Linear Motion facility. You will mentor teams, analyze metrics, prioritize initiatives, and ensure milestones are met while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires broad technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and control systems, strong communication, and the ability to train other engineers on new systems,

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Ability to train others and transfer knowledge on systems and processes.
• Working knowledge of CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination, and completion of engineering projects.
• Analyze area metrics to identify improvements and prioritize initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance on design, testing, and implementation of mechanical components and machinery.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Scheduling, Engineering, and Management to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Set project timelines, monitor progress, and report status to stakeholders.
• Train engineers on implemented systems and maintain thorough documentation.
