Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Architect to lead pre-sales, design AI-driven testing solutions, and drive high-impact RFP responses for enterprise clients.

You will architect modern Quality Engineering solutions, deliver executive-level demonstrations, and collaborate with delivery and sales teams to ensure feasible, scalable outcomes.

• 15+ years in IT Quality Engineering
• at least 5-8 years in pre-sales/ client-facing advisory roles
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for executives
• Experience with modern Test Automation frameworks and AI-enabled testing

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end response creation for complex RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs

We are looking for a Senior Quality Architect with deep expertise in pre-sales solutioning, AI-driven testing, and advanced test automation to join our Quality Engineering practice.
