Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Quality Management Specialist to leverage data and technology to improve healthcare outcomes, design and maintain health information systems, and support regulatory reporting.

You will build dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), apply statistical methods, analyze NCQA, HEDIS and Medicare Stars metrics, and collaborate with clinical, operations and quality leaders to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with statistical analysis.
• 3+ years in Microsoft Office Suite and BI tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Leads dashboarding and analytics to communicate insights to operational teams and executive leadership.
• Designs data models and statistical methodologies for reliable data analysis.
• Supports regulatory reporting (e.g., NCQA, HEDIS, Medicare Stars) and measure performance improvements.
• Collaborates with clinical, operations and quality leadership to identify performance gaps and prioritise interventions.
