Senior Quality Analyst
Location: 6021 142nd Ave N, Clearwater, FL 33760 (Remote Possible)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours/week)

Summary: In this role, the candidate will be responsible for QA/QC and testing of functionality that has been delivered by the CHS/CTS development team, ensuring software meets quality standards, functions correctly and provides a seamless user experience. The candidate will be responsible for documenting all bugs, communicating the bugs to the development team, and ensuring that they are properly resolved. This candidate will participate in a team environment to provide continuous improvement to existing systems. Familiarity with compliance requirements related to HIPAA, CMS, AHCA, NAIC, OIG, URAC, DHEC, Medicaid, and Medicare is beneficial but not required. A strong logical mindset and a focus on user experience and compliance are essential.

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or six years of related technical experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
