The Constructive Dialogue Institute, Inc. (CDI) is seeking a Senior Manager to serve as the qualitative expert behind our campus consulting work. You will collect and code interview, focus group, and survey data and translate it into actionable findings for university partners.

This hands-on role demands lead data collection, consistent coding, and the creation of client-ready narratives and case studies that showcase CDI’s impact across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied qualitative research experience and ability to run interviews and focus groups.
• Strong codebooks, multi-coder QA, and inter-rater reliability experience a plus.
• Clear analytic writing that separates data from inferences and integrates survey results.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative data collection across campus engagements and apply coding frameworks consistently.
• Draft client-facing narratives, reports, and memos capturing findings for action.
• Build qualitative case studies and institutional spotlights with team partners.
