Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Social Sciences, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience managing qualitative research projects domestically and internationally (focus groups, interviews, ethnography).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and teams.
• Attention to data accuracy and quality; able to adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment management for Qualitative and UX studies, including vendor management and scheduling.
• Be the main point of contact for recruitment throughout project engagements, communicate progress and risks to clients.
• Translate client requirements into actionable field plans across internal teams, vendors, and participants.
• Manage multiple complex domestic and international projects with increasing independence.
• Collaborate with clients across global markets and time zones; adjust hours as needed for project needs.
• Draft and review recruitment screening questionnaires; track fieldwork budgets and approve vendor invoices.
