Job summary

Delta Dental of California seeks a Senior Quadient Inspire Engineer with a strong IT and software engineering background to join our CCM team. You will design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale customer communications using Quadient Inspire and related modules, delivering accessible, compliant outputs across multiple formats.

Qualifications

• Quadient Inspire Certifications in Inspire Designer, Inspire Scalar, Inspire Interactive.
• 5+ years of professional IT or software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Quadient Inspire experience in a production enterprise environment.
• Proven experience building end-to-end document generation solutions.
• Strong understanding of data-driven document composition.
• Programming in Groovy Script, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with enterprise SDLC, QA, and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire platform.
• Build and support multi-channel customer communications (printed and digital documents, emails).
• Generate and support outputs in multiple formats (PDF, AFP).
• Ensure ADA accessibility and compliance for customer communications.
• Implement data-driven, reusable communication components using Inspire modules.
• Integrate Quadient Inspire with upstream/downstream systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business/IT stakeholders to define requirements, channels, and compliance needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to data, formatting, rendering, accessibility, and performance.
• Produce clean, readable technical documentation; document everything.
