Qualifications

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or Fast Casual concepts.
• Proven ability to manage store P&L, drive sales, control costs.
• Hands-on leader who drives performance on the shop floor during peak hours.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring Taco Bell brand standards, safety, speed, and quality.
• Own the store P&L; manage labor, food costs, waste, inventory and local store marketing.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff; foster accountability and growth.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with high-energy hospitality.
