Job summary

Capstone Property Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support data centre programmes across the United States, with relocation to the USA. You will provide commercial and cost management from inception through completion, working with clients, contractors and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements include a degree in Quantity Surveying, experience in consultancy or cost management on major projects, and strong client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience in consultancy or professional cost management.
• Pre-contract and post-contract cost management on major projects.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Data centre experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing cost plans, estimates and project budgets.
• Producing cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Managing procurement and tender processes.
• Contract administration and change management.
• Reviewing contractor applications and assessing variations.
• Providing commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Working with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver projects.
