Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; 5+ years in QMS.
• Expert knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience with document management and control processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve QMS processes aligned with ISO 9001.
• Manage the Document Control Program and ensure proper routing and approval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality requirements.
• Lead internal audits and assist with external audits.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable quality insights.
• Provide training on quality standards and integrate QMS with other systems.
