Job summary

Skorpios is seeking a Senior QMS & Document Control Specialist to administer and maintain the company's QMS and EDMS, ensuring controlled documents are accurate and accessible.

The role supports Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations by managing documents, ECOs/ECNs, and audits while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and other standards. Strong collaboration and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, quality, engineering tech, or related field.
• Minimum of five years document control experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Minimum of three years supporting Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with EDMS and document management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain QMS and EDMS document control processes.
• Create, review, publish, revise, archive and retire controlled documents.
• Coordinate document reviews and approvals with owners.
• Manage ECOs/ECNs and document revisions per procedures.
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits with documentation.
