Job summary

Project Redirect Inc Of The Distric in Maryland seeks a dedicated supervisor to oversee staff delivering services to persons with disabilities. You will write ISP/BSP documents, chair meetings, train staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include staff development, compliance with Medicaid Waiver and state regulations, health and safety management, community involvement, and coordinating scheduling, performance reviews, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Two years of verifiable experience directly related to the care of persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Write ISP and BSP documents and chair ISP/BSP meetings.
• Supervise and develop Direct Service Professionals; manage payroll changes and staff scheduling.
• Monitor client progress with data collection and reporting as required by regulations.
• Coordinate community activities including day training, employment, and recreation.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid Waiver and state regulations.
• Manage health and safety and coordinate medical appointments as needed.
• Oversee facility operations, budget, and staff performance reviews.
• Attend meetings, provide on-site oversight, and perform in-service training.
