Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior QC Trainer to own the QC Training Program, build training infrastructure, and guide mid- and long-term department needs. The role serves as SME for laboratory training and adult learning, representing QC in cross-functional forums and inspections.

You will develop KPI reporting, mentor staff on multiple QC methods and LIMS, and drive improvements to increase efficiency and Right-First-Time operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of analytical testing or QC experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with adult learning and laboratory techniques (e.g., cell-based assays, flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA, LIMS).

Responsibilities

• Own QC training program and lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate site activities to drive training effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Create, review, and update training materials, SOPs, and technical documents.
• Develop and monitor training KPIs and effectiveness to ensure Right-First-Time lab operations.
• Mentor others on QC test methods, processes, and procedures (e.g., LIMS).
• Represent QC in regulatory inspections (internal and external).
