Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of computerized systems and enterprise applications such as LIMS, Smart-QC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site representative and SME for QC planning and scheduling tools and participate in cross-functional planning meetings.
• Maintain and administer QC scheduling tools; review performance to optimize resources.
• Develop tracking tools and metrics to monitor schedule adherence and lead times.
• Propose and implement improvements to scheduling processes for efficiency and productivity.
• Support mid- to long-term capacity planning (personnel, equipment, lab space) and strategic proposals.
• Train others on QC scheduling processes and tools.
• Perform other tasks to support QC laboratories.
