Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Quality Control Technician (Inspection) to ensure parts meet drawing specifications and standards. You will inspect components, operate measurement equipment, and document results on a compliant database.

The role reports to the Inspection Supervisor in the Quality and Regulatory Affairs group and is an on-site position. A high school diploma plus 5+ years of part inspection experience and familiarity with GD&T are required.

Qualifications

• High school degree with 5+ years of part inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints with GD&T fundamentals.
• Detail oriented and quality conscious with accurate data recording.
• Experience with CMM inspection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming components/materials per defined inspection plans using hand gages and equipment.
• Operate a CMM to run pre-developed inspection programs and record data.
• Log non-conformances and communicate disposition of material to appropriate personnel.
