Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Supervisor of Quality Control in Indianapolis, IN. You will lead a team of quality inspectors, ensure on-time product release, and uphold regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires significant experience in QC/QA within regulated manufacturing, with leadership capabilities, strong communication, and data-driven decision making. On-site position with Danaher’s support and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher education with relevant experience in QC/QA.
• 8+ years' experience in Quality Control/Inspection in regulated industries (or 5+ years with a Bachelor’s, or 3+ years with a Master’s).
• Strong time management and organizational skills; initiativ e-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of quality inspectors and ensure timely product release.
• Review inspection results and quality documentation to support release decisions.
• Document, escalate, investigate, and resolve quality issues.
• Develop and improve inspection procedures and standards using data and feedback.
• Coach and develop inspection personnel; manage performance and training.
