Job summary

Lilly is building an advanced manufacturing facility in Houston for API production and seeks a QC laboratory technical leader to advance analytical methods and automation. You will drive PAT and data integration across inline analytics, collaborating with Manufacturing, Automation/Engineering, and Digital teams to enable GMP startup operations in a greenfield site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience in pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Experience providing advanced technical oversight in a GMP-regulated QC laboratory.
• Ability to author protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for QC laboratory methods and quality systems.
• Lead PAT roadmap and QC automation initiatives (LIMS/LES, robotics).
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory, and Product Development.
