Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology or related science required
• Associate's degree in chemical/physical/biological science or medical laboratory technology may be accepted
• 1–3 years of related healthcare lab experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on blood products using hematology analyzers, pH meters, and WBC counting technologies
• Manufacture blood components (RBCs and platelets) following procedures
• Maintain equipment with daily QC and preventive maintenance
• Support proficiency testing and regulatory compliance activities
• Label, accession, and pack donor samples for infectious disease testing
• Contribute to process validation and revisions of procedures
