Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking an experienced Quality Associate Senior in Wisconsin to perform cGMP analytical testing across the QC lab, from incoming materials to final product. The role emphasizes method validation and environmental monitoring with a broad suite of instruments.

The position requires a chemistry or life sciences degree and solid experience in GLP/cGMP labs, with strong documentation practices and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology or other Life Science discipline.
• 3+ years in a GLP or cGMP analytical laboratory environment.
• 4+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing or testing laboratory.
• Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11, 210 and 211, and ICH Q7.
• Experience with chemical analyses including HPLC, GC, KF, DSC, TGA, IR, MS, NMR, and/or XRPD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good documentation practices and attention to detail.
• Knowledge and understanding of analytical chemistry techniques.

Responsibilities

• cGMP analytical laboratory analysis across incoming materials to final product.
• Perform method validation/qualification and environmental monitoring.
• Support QC activities at Madison and Verona sites; use HPLC, GC, KF, DSC, TGA, IR, MS, NMR, XRPD.
• Initiate and review deviations, OOS/OOT, change controls and CAPAs.
• Contribute to process improvement and maintain an audit-ready laboratory.
