MilliporeSigma is seeking a Madison-based Quality Associate Senior Scientist to perform cGMP analytical laboratory work within the Quality Control department. The role covers incoming materials, in-process and final product testing, method validation/qualification, cleaning and environmental monitoring, using HPLC, GC, KF, IR, MS, NMR and XRPD, with emphasis on data integrity and audit readiness.

Shift is 6:30am–7:00pm Friday-Sunday; sponsorship for work authorization is not offered; external

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or life sciences required.
• At least 3 years in a GLP or cGMP environment.
• Strong knowledge of multiple analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, KF, DSC, TGA, IR, MS, NMR, XRPD).

Aufgaben

• Perform cGMP analytical laboratory analyses in QC.
• Review deviations, OOS/OOT, change controls, CAPAs.
• Support process improvements and maintain audit-ready lab.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and collaborate in a team.
