Job summary

Rocket Pharma in Cranbury, NJ seeks a Senior Manager of Quality Control Operations to lead cross-functional QC initiatives at our gene therapy manufacturing facility. You will translate priorities into integrated plans, schedules, resources, risk assessments, and performance reporting, coordinating internal teams and external partners.

You will drive standardized project management, operational excellence, CAPA activities, and QC documentation while supporting lab compliance, inspection

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with 5 years of QC lab experience in GxP-regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of QC lab experience in GxP-regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating QC testing across contract testing laboratories (CTLs).
• Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft tools and established project management methodologies.
• Experience with LIMS, LES, ELN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC projects from initiation through completion, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, resources, priorities, dependencies, dashboards, and risk logs.
• Utilize data to inform prioritization, resource allocation, and project decisions.
• Establish standardized project management and operational excellence practices.
• Build cross-functional project teams and ensure timely execution of objectives.
• Coordinate contracted laboratory services and external testing partners.
