Job summary

Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Inc. invites a Senior Manager, Quality Control Operations to lead cross-functional QC projects at our Cranbury, NJ facility. You will translate priorities into integrated plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinating internal teams and external testing partners to achieve milestones while ensuring compliance.

The role requires strong project management in GxP QC, CAPA and continuous improvement, plus mentoring of QC staff and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5 years in QC labs in GxP-biopharma manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years in QC labs in GxP-biopharma manufacturing.
• Experience in QC capacity management across CTLs and resource coordination.
• Proficient in Smartsheet and MS project management tools.
• Knowledge of LIMS/ LES / ELN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC-focused projects from initiation to completion with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resources, dashboards, and risk logs.
• Coordinate internal and external testing partners and manage vendor relationships.
• Create and revise SOPs, policies, and technical QC documentation.
• Provide training and mentorship to QC staff on project management and processes.
