Job summary

The TEPA Companies are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee and enforce project-site quality control on our USACE-related construction projects in Warner Robins, GA. The role requires developing and directing QC processes, ensuring materials and workmanship meet contract requirements, and coordinating with government personnel and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, 5+ years of construction management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of Construction Management experience on Corps of Engineers’ projects.
• Experience using Army RMS/QCS system.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety & Health training within the last 5 years.
• First aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish with focus on quality control.
• Conduct preparatory, initial and follow-up meetings to establish quality standards.
• Verify materials conform to submittals and are stored properly.
• Lead meetings with USACE, superintendent, foreman, and subcontractors before each phase.
• Review plans, specs, and shop drawings for contract compliance.
• Maintain project submittal log and QC reporting; produce daily QC reports.
