Job summary

Molin Concrete Products Co is seeking a QC/QA leader to direct testing, documentation and continuous improvement across our Lino Lakes or Ramsey facilities. You will drive mix design development, ensure code compliance (PCI/ASTM/ACI), and mentor QC staff while coordinating with Engineering, Production and Field Operations.

The role requires a strong background in concrete QA, calibration, and safety programs, plus the ability to lead audits and implement lean practices that reduce batch costs

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in concrete industry, with leadership in QA/QC.
• Ability to read architectural/engineering docs and specs.
• Expertise in mix designs, testing, tolerances and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Direct QC inspections, testing and material controls to meet specs.
• Lead PCI audits and document responses for compliance.
• Develop mix designs that meet project requirements and costs.
• Train and supervise QC staff; manage budget and labor.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Production and Field Operations.
• Maintain documentation, calibrations, and certifications.
