Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 5+ years in QC, analytical lab, or manufacturing quality with leadership experience.
• Experience in personal care, cosmetics, OTC pharmaceuticals, or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead ~10 QC chemists across multiple shifts, plan lab coverage and training.
• Oversee in-process, bulk, and finished-product testing and batch release.
• Investigate OOS/atypical results; drive CAPAs and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure cGMP/SOP compliance; prepare for audits and safety standards.
• Guide manufacturing teams on batch adjustments and scale-ups.
• Maintain instrument calibration and operation knowledge.
