Job summary

Curium Pharma seeks a Supervisor Quality Control to lead the QC team, ensuring compliance with US and international regulations, and coordinating testing and resource allocation.

You will oversee investigations, implement corrective actions, and maintain quality programs for raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and validation testing. The role emphasizes ALARA and a culture of high performance. Work schedule includes day shift with potential 3rd shift and weekends for training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Science or related field required; work experience can substitute.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in cGMP laboratory testing and major laboratory instrumentation.
• Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC team to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Schedule testing and allocate resources and instrumentation.
• Investigate laboratory deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide timely testing notifications to management and cover aberrant occurrences.
• Maintain 5S and safety programs; ensure ALARA radiological exposure levels are met.
