Land O'Lakes, Inc. seeks a Senior Lab Technician for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm–11:00pm) in Hampton, IA. You will perform routine and nonroutine QC testing, troubleshoot HPLC and GC instrumentation, and help write or revise lab procedures to ensure accurate, compliant analytical results.

Requires a Bachelor's in Chemistry or related field, and 4+ years in a commercial lab with HPLC/GC; ICP knowledge preferred. Strong teamwork and communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science with lab work preferred; relevant lab experience may substitute.
• At least four years in a commercial lab performing physical testing and chemical analysis; HPLC/GC experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation and interpret analytical results while maintaining accuracy.
