Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a QC Lab Systems Analyst for the Kenosha Pleasant Prairie site to deliver, integrate, and support QC lab systems (LIMS, CDS) and associated instrument data.

You will collaborate with QC Chemistry, QC Microbiology, QA, and global Tech@Lilly teams to ensure reliable, compliant lab systems and timely batch release. Strong validation, data integrity, and ITSM familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS/Engineering/Chemistry/Life Sciences).
• 5+ years in GMP lab systems (LIMS/CDS) implementation or support.
• Hands-on with LabVantage, LabWare, Waters Empower, or Chromeleon.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain QC lab systems (LIMS/CDS/instrument data).
• Lead system integration of lab instruments with LIMS/CDS/ERP and MES.
• Ensure 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and data integrity compliance; validation deliverables.
• Manage lifecycle activities: upgrades, patches, access control, backups, DR testing.
