Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Certification: Jaeger 2 visual acuity test; AWS Welding Inspector certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years as a QC inspector.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure regulatory and design compliance.
• Oversee vendor performance and acceptance of products/services.
• Develop and maintain QC plans, procedures and checklists.
• Perform and document inspections (dimensional, in-process, receipt, release).
• Perform and document nondestructive examinations (NDE).
• Review vendor documentation for compliance with design/procedural documents.
• Provide direction to QC personnel and support training/examinations for Level 1 and 2 inspectors.
