Vitesse Systems is seeking a Quality Control Inspector III in Clinton, MA. The role focuses on inspecting components and assemblies for dimensional and workmanship characteristics, with emphasis on CMM and advanced GD&T proficiency.

The incumbent will verify documentation, ensure calibration of tools, and generate non-conformance reports as needed. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4–6 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in an AS9100 environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform mechanical inspection using CMM, micrometers, calipers, height gauges and hardness testers.
• Verify documentation complete and accurate per good documentation practices.
• Inspect parts to blueprint specifications and workmanship standards.
• Verify traveler sign-offs and SPC sheets are completed and signed.
• Interpret GD&T and logs and report non-conformances.
• Maintain calibration of inspection equipment and tools.
