Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with inspection tools and reading blueprints is essential.
• Proficiency using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMM is required.
• Knowledge of GD&T and documentation practices is essential.

Responsabilités

• Inspect parts to blueprint specifications and workmanship standards.
• Verify traveler sign-offs and SPC sheets completed per good documentation practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate height gauges, calipers, micrometers, and hardness testers.
• Set up and operate CMM equipment.
• Generate Non-Conformance reports for discrepant material.
• Identify issues and contribute to corrective action investigations.
