Job summary

Tolmar seeks a QC Analyst II to perform routine testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in a regulated laboratory setting. You will document results and ensure data integrity in line with cGMP, GLP, and ICH standards.

The role supports method transfers, instrument maintenance, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality results. Training junior staff and upholding safety and quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline, preferably in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
• Two or more years of experience in an analytical laboratory position.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GLP and ICH and their application to laboratory testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses on samples using intermediate preparation techniques and analysis methods.
• Train junior analysts in analysis methods and lab techniques.
• Document all activities and maintain records according to good documentation practices.
• Maintain proper use and care of instrumentation.
• Perform intermediate method transfers.
• Provide detailed accounts of testing performed to investigators and assist with troubleshooting.
