Baker Group is looking for a QAQC Specialist II based in Des Moines, Iowa, responsible for ensuring quality requirements across all Industrial projects. The role includes managing QAQC documentation, conducting inspections, and mentoring junior team members.

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate’s degree along with 4-5 years in relevant fields and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position may require travel to job sites for audits and inspections, requiring strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in construction, fabrication, quality or project execution.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the QAQC primary point of contact at the project level.
• Perform QAQC document control including organization and version control.
• Lead QAQC kickoff meetings independently.
