Job summary

IntelliBee, based in Boston, seeks an experienced Test Lead with 8+ years in software testing to guide multiple teams through SDLC and agile processes, helping ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software.

You will document testing standards, create test plans and traces, facilitate reviews, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate with developers and business stakeholders to resolve issues, all while maintaining a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of testing experience and at least 2 years of test lead experience overseeing a team.
• Preferably with large organizations/projects with multiple teams.
• Confident understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) activities and agile methodologies.
• Communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Resume must indicate candidate is local to Boston, MA area.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Technical Manager following project processes and meeting quality expectations.
• Document testing processes and standards of promptness, including test plans, test cases, defects.
• Conduct quality check reviews on testing documentation by the testing team.
• Prepare meeting materials in PowerPoint to present test plans and test results.
• Collaborate with functional and development teams with understanding of desired functionality and respond to questions.
• Prepare testing deliverables such as Requirements Traceability Matrix.
• Facilitate integration and user acceptance testing efforts with multiple other testing teams.
• Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
