Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• 8+ years of testing experience, including senior team resource.
• 4+ years of testing on large, complex enterprise systems.
• Ability to architect solutions using industry-standard open-source frameworks.
• Experience working on a large enterprise platform with thousands of users.
• Experience scaling software platforms from limited use to broad adoption.
• Code versioning with Git with ability to interactively rebase.
• Ability to test and review peers' code.

Responsibilities

• Create an end-to-end testing methodology and rationalize existing test infrastructure.
• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Improve performance of test suites to boost developer velocity.
• Use AI processes to improve test coverage and speed.
• Integrate security best practices and tools into the pipeline (DevSecOps).
• Bridge Dev and Ops teams; mentor junior engineers.
• Build testing architecture for mobile apps tied to our enterprise solution.
• Develop roadmaps and document processes and procedures.
• Enforce best practices for development and system documentation.
• Manage testing processes and resources; organize work plans and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist developers, sales staff, and customers.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
