Responsibilities

• Create an end-to-end testing methodology and rationalize existing test infrastructure.
• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Improve performance of test suites to boost developer velocity.
• Use AI processes to improve test coverage and speed.
• Integrate security best practices and tools into the pipeline (DevSecOps).
• Bridge Dev and Ops teams; mentor junior engineers.
• Build testing architecture for mobile apps tied to our enterprise solution.
• Develop roadmaps and document processes and procedures.
• Enforce best practices for development and system documentation.
• Manage testing processes and resources; organize work plans and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist developers, sales staff, and customers.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Senior QA and Test Engineer Position Summary

CoachMePlus is now hiring a Senior Test Engineer to join our team in support of an exciting DoW human performance platform product support initiative. The position may require a government security clearance to be processed, so US or Naturalized Citizenship is a requirement for consideration.

• Ability to create an entire testing methodology and approach and to rationalize the existing test infrastructure.
• CI/CD & Automation: Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) for quick, reliable deployments.
• Testing Automation: Improve performance of current test suites to improve velocity of current developers
• Ability to use AI processes to improve test coverage and speed.
• Security (DevSecOps): Integrate security best practices and tools into the pipeline and infrastructure.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Bridge Dev and Ops teams, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers.
• Ability to build testing architecture for the mobile applications that are associated with our enterprise solution.
• Strategy & Documentation: create roadmaps, and document processes and procedures.
• Enforce best practices for development, development and system documentation.
• Manage testing process and testing personnel and resources
• Organize work plans, estimate tasks, and deliver finished projects to meet important deadlines.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide assistance to other developers, sales staff and customers.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and written, to various technical and non-technical audiences.
