Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a senior QA professional to lead testing activities across the system development life cycle. You will collaborate with business, product, and development teams to ensure requirements are met and defects are managed effectively.

You will create master test plans, drive test strategies, and write automated test scripts where applicable, while guiding junior staff and ensuring adherence to government standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired
• 8-15 years professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development, test planning, test case design, test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the business, product, and development teams, serving as a senior QA resource, through all aspects of the SDLC, including requirements, functional specs, integration, and regression testing.
• Provides high level of functionality, usability, and testability expertise during requirements phase and implements efficient test plans for new systems, problems, and enhancements.
• Leads test case reviews, designs reviews, and change control activities; documents and reports issues; creates and implements policies to track test case reviews.
• Writes, maintains, and executes automated test scripts when applicable.
• Plans, documents, evaluates, and tracks testing results to ensure system applications are defect-free.
• Leads QA reviews and inspections to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
