Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Certified Tester – Advanced Level desirable.
• 8-15 years of professional software testing experience including automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA across the SDLC, including requirements, design, and regression testing.
• Create and maintain master test plans, testing strategy, and schedules.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts where applicable.
• Manage defects, coordinate reviews, and drive QA standardization.
