Job summary

You will collaborate with product and development teams, participate in requirements and design reviews, and drive test automation where applicable, while ensuring compliance with government directives and industry

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, product, and development teams as a senior QA resource through the SDLC.
• Create master test plan including strategy, approach, and schedules for multiple projects.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts where applicable.
• Lead requirements, design, and interface spec reviews to ensure testability.
• Coordinate defect tracking and resolve issues with junior staff oversight.
• Ensure QA practices align with government directives and quality standards.
• Mentor team on QA processes and test management practices.
