Role/Responsibilities
Execute and coordinate QA/QE activities across two application teams simultaneously
Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing
Perform manual and automated testing for web-based and desktop applications (Oracle ADF/WebLogic environments)
Validate business logic related to claims processing, enrollment, eligibility, and benefits administration
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements (Must to Have)
4+ w/Bachelors degree
4+ years of QA/QE experience in enterprise software environments
Strong understanding of dental or health insurance domain: claims processing, eligibility, enrollment, and benefits administration
Familiarity with systems including PCP management, contact tracking, and customer service workflows
Experience testing web-based applications, REST APIs, and workflow management systems
Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, or equivalent)
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
Ability to work on-site at the Oakland, CA office
Experience with Oracle ADF, WebLogic, or similar Java-based enterprise platforms
Automation experience with Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, or similar frameworks
Knowledge of Datadog, Splunk, or other observability/monitoring tools
Healthcare industry background beyond dental medical, vision, or insurance verticals
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
