Intel Corporation in the United States (Arizona, Phoenix) seeks an experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager to lead the site construction quality program with a large contractor workforce and multiple third-party inspectors. You will develop and implement a complete Construction Quality Management Plan and oversee QA plans, change controls, and on-site inspections to meet Intel master specs.

Responsibilities include cost forecasting, KPI tracking, and proactive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Engineering degree or related field.
• 4+ years of work experience in Construction Management or Quality Assurance/Quality Control or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of work experience in Construction Management or Quality Assurance/Quality Control or related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in Construction Management, Construction Quality Assurance/Quality Control.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a total and complete Construction Quality Management Plan.
• Develop a 3rd party resource plan including firms and technicians.
• Review and approve QA/QA plans and project execution plans.
• Document quality issue notifications and ensure onsite work conforms to drawings and specs.
• Ensure contractors meet quality assurance plans and contracted metrics.
• Review 3rd party timecards and monthly billing.
• Attend quality incident analyses and drive issue mitigation and cost reductions.
