Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager with 12–15 years in quality management for construction, real estate, infrastructure, or engineering projects. This role leads QA/QC programs to ensure compliance with standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulators, drive continuous improvement, and mentor QA/QC staff to uphold quality excellence across projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in civil/engineering or related field.
• 12–15 years of QA/QC management experience on large construction/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, audits, inspections, testing procedures, and industry standards.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory stakeholders.

• Develop, implement, and maintain project quality plans and quality procedures.
• Lead internal quality audits and assessments to evaluate process effectiveness.
• Oversee inspections and testing for materials, workmanship, and completed works.
• Manage NCRs, observations, and corrective action closure.
