Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior QA/QC Construction Project Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control on construction and renovation projects. You will ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements and regulatory expectations while supporting overall project delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in construction QA/QC or project coordination, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and knowledge of OSHA and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction QA/QC or project coordination or equivalent.
• Experience implementing QA/QC programs and supporting construction site operations.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and submittal processes.
• Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety practices.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC plans across construction projects to ensure compliance with project specs.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and reviews for quality, safety and environmental compliance.
• Review drawings and submittals for accuracy and constructability.
• Support RFI and submittal processes with proper documentation and tracking.
• Identify and help resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and risks.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including inspection reports and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with contractors and teams to ensure QA/QC adherence.
• Support project reporting related to quality metrics and progress.

This roleis responsible forensuring projects meet established quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory expectations while supporting overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement andmonitorQA/QC plans across construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews to verify quality, safety, and environmental compliance
• Review construction drawings and submittals for accuracy, completeness, and constructability
• Support RFI and submittal processes and ensure proper documentation and tracking
• Identify, document, and help resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and risks
• Maintain detailed project documentation including inspection reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure adherence to QA/QC processes
• Support project reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) related to quality metrics and construction progress
• Assistin managing project risks related to quality, safety, and compliance
• Participate in project meetings and communicate QA/QC updates with stakeholders
• Review as‑built documentation andassistin project closeout activities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
