Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support our fabrication shop and field operations based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This position will begin on a part-time or as-needed basis, with the potential to develop into a full-time role.

The QA/QC Manager will implement and maintain D7's Quality Control Program, supporting ASME and National Board Code work and ensuring compliance with project specifications and applicable codes.

Qualifications

• Previous QA/QC experience in industrial fabrication, pressure piping, power-generation, boiler or pressure-vessel work.
• Working knowledge of welding inspection and fabrication quality-control methods.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings, piping isometrics, P&IDs, weld maps and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of welding procedures, welder qualifications and material traceability.
• Experience administering inspection, examination and pressure-testing requirements.
• Strong documentation, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enforce the D7 Quality Control Manual and related procedures.
• Oversee quality activities for shop fabrication and field installations.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications and project requirements before work begins.
• Confirm the applicable codes, standards, inspection requirements and testing procedures for each project.
• Maintain compliance with applicable ASME, National Board and pressure-piping requirements.
• Coordinate with Authorized Inspectors, client representatives, engineers and third-party inspection agencies.
